Kitchen/living room with wood stove (free wood), 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 extra child's bed on request), shower room with WC. Enclosed and flowery courtyard shared with the owner.

Secure bicycle storage with possible battery charging.

From the fortified city of Avallon, you can explore the magnificent emblematic river of the Cousin Valley renowned for its many mills with its historic district (Collégiale St Lazare, Grenier à Sel, ...) and Vézelay, a UNESCO world heritage site 10 minutes away.
