Le Moulin des Rathes brings together two beautiful lodgings on the same property in order to accommodate 9 people in an exceptional setting on a 6-hectare property bordered by a river.

In search of calm and nature, you will be delighted by staying in these single-storey accommodations.

In the "Mariotte", a 5-person lodging, you will have a 31 m2 living room with a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (flat screen TV).
The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms (one for 3 people with a 180x200cm bed and 1 single bed or 3 single beds of 90x200cm, the other equipped with a 160x200cm bed) each has a private bathroom. 2 toilets, one of which is independent.

As for the "Pralat" cottage, which can accommodate 4 people, it is divided as follows: 32 m2 living room with equipped kitchen open to the living room (flat screen TV). Small "Bar" corner. A corridor leads to 1 separate toilet and two bedrooms (one for 2 people with a 180x200cm bed or 2 90x200cm beds, the other with two 80x200cm beds or 1 160x200cm bed) each equipped with their own private bathroom with toilet.

To top it all off, you will have at your disposal a 6.5x12 m swimming pool heated from mid-May to mid-September and secured by a barrier.
Private laundry room shared by both cottages.

Pont et Massène is a pretty village in Auxois located a few minutes from the motorway exit. Lively village in season with the Pont lake: beach equipped for swimming, children's playground, nautical base, picnic tables and two restaurants. From the cottage, you can reach it on foot in a few minutes. A marked trail allows you to hike around the lake for 12 km.
4 kilometers away, the medieval city of Semur offers all shops and services and remains the living testimony of a rich past. Nearby: the castles of Epoisses, Bussy-Rabutin, the MuséoParc Alésia, the Abbey of Fontenay (Unesco heritage), Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Hiking trails and cycle paths.
