On a 16th century estate housing the owners' house, the Maison des Cadets is an old independent stone farmhouse with a private terrace (30 m²) and a large walled orchard (2000 m²). It enjoys an exceptional view of the Polignac fortress.
Nearby: Polignac 1 km away (medieval fortress, small shops), Le Puy-en-Velay 3 km away (start of the via podensis, Romanesque cathedral, Rocher St-Michel, Notre Dame de France, all shops and services). Ground floor: kitchen, living room (TV, closed fireplace), shower room-wc.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds) including one with adjoining shower room, bathroom, wc.
Electric heating at an additional cost (8 kwh/day included) depending on consumption (included in the rates from June to October).

From Clermont-Ferrand 100 meters after the roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Le Puy-en-Velay on the D102. The cottage is located on a path below the road.
