Gîte/studio with a marine atmosphere located in a quiet area, at the exit of the village, with direct access to hiking trails and the Nantes-Brest Canal, opposite the St Clair leisure area and the river port (fishing possible). Bed and breakfast on the property.
Private outdoor space of 120 m² not enclosed with wooden terrace, and access to the shared garden with trees of 5000 m².
Single storey which consists of a living room with fitted kitchen open to living room/lounge (convertible 140x200), 2 twin beds 90x200 and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, baby bed, hifi, freezer compartment.
Included: aerothermal heating, electricity, sheets and towels. Not included: tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€30). Pets on request.
