PLAGNE CENTRE – Residence Makalu. Apartment recently renovated, facing South, with a large balcony overlooking the snow front. The residence offers direct access to shops through an interior gallery. Ski-in ski-out!

Located at the heart of the resort, Plagne Centre is the place where you'll find shops, activities and all kind of services. Plagne centre is the main crossroad of the resort with the ski lift to the Grand Rochette, one of the most beautiful panorama of the Alps.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:
50m² apartment for 6 persons, located on the 1st floor without a lift.

- The spacious and very bright living room has a seating area with sofa bed and TV, and a dining area
- Separate kitchen with plenty of storage and fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster
- A cabin room with double bed
- A children room with bunk beds and 1-seater sofa bed
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A shower room with separate toilet.

- Covered parking space

Bed linen and towels are not included.

Pets are not allowed.

Non-smoking apartment.

A compact apartment in an excellent location ski to door A compact 2 bedroom apartment situated directly next to the ski lifts with 2 small bathrooms. One bedroom contains a double bed which only just fits within the thin walls of the room. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and a fold out bed. The sitting room also has a fold out bed. There is one toilet. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dishwasher and washing machine. The interior design could be better but the location is excellent. The ski room down one flight of stairs opens directly on to the base of the pistes.
