The cottage has a fitted kitchen with dining area opening onto the terrace, a spacious living room, a bathroom (large extra-flat shower tray, sink), a separate toilet. On the night side, you will have a twin bedroom (2 90x190 beds), a double bedroom (1 140x190 bed) and a king size bedroom with 180x200 bed which can be offered as 2 90x200 beds. Outside, you will have a balcony terrace with garden furniture (secure area with barrier for young children), awning, barbecue, land of almost 1000 m² composed of a grassy part with deckchairs and a gravelled area allowing parking for several vehicles (in addition to the garage provided). The beds will be made upon your arrival, charges (electricity and heating) will be included in the price of the stay. HOUSEHOLD DEPOSIT of €60 to be provided in addition to the deposit for the cottage. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: fishing, swimming in the lake, hiking in the forest, walks on the Vélovoie, [hidden] the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park (5 km from the lake), 25 km from Troyes, 5 km from Lac d'Orient, 3 km from Piney. The cottage "At the crossroads of the Lakes" is an independent house (on a raised ground floor) on enclosed land, located on an active cereal farm. To the delight of children, some chickens and sheep will be visible near the cottage.
