Overlooking a lake, 3 independent chalets each with a terrace.
Enjoy a creators' market every 1st Sunday of the month in Pierrefitte sur Loire. Raised ground floor: Living room (sofa bed), kitchen area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room (shower/wc). (Renovated in 2022) Electric heating. Terrace (7m²), private area, shared barbecue. Shared area with outdoor facilities on a 2500 m2 plot.
Additional person on request and to order a gift basket for the day of arrival. Possibility of swimming in the lake (supervised swimming July and August from 2:30 [hidden] to 6:30 [hidden] every day except Monday) to be confirmed with the owner when booking.
Refreshment bar at the lake open 7/7 from 2pm to 9pm. Snacks and pedal boat rental.
Possibility of fishing for a day or half a day without a federal permit. (Half-day fishing (3 lines) €4 and day €7, night fishing €25 without an annual card or €15 with an annual card for 48 hours of fishing.)
