In the heart of the vineyard, near Colmar, at the foot of the Schauenberg massif.
It offers 30 m² on 2 levels, with exposed half-timbering, alcove bed.
On the first level: entrance, integrated kitchenette (combined oven/microwave, ceramic hob, small dishwasher, fridge), dining area.
Flat screen TV
Bed of 1.60x1.90m in a 4m² alcove.
On the ground floor: clothes cupboard, washing machine area, bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet.
Small terrace allowing outdoor meals.
Small quiet dead end. Cycle paths and hiking trails from the cottage. Unsuitable for young children and people with reduced mobility due to the stairs.
For your comfort, the cottage was air-conditioned in 2022.

Cleaning fee at €20.
Towels and household linen not provided, available as an option.
