Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval construction site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon.
It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that this independent cottage is located, with its private garden in an old farm from the 18th and 19th centuries. The owners live on the property but not overlooked. Parking on the property and garage or covered shelter. Private unfenced garden, garden and relaxation furniture under a pergola.

The cottage consists of an entrance, a living room of 45 m2 (living room, dining room and kitchen) with access to the private garden of 1000 m2 (relaxation and dining area with barbecue and plancha), and a bathroom (shower) with toilet, a bedroom on the ground floor with 1 bed 160x200, a bedroom on the 1st floor with 1 bed 160x200 and a teleworking space with desk, printer on the landing (wifi-fiber optic). The laundry room is in the building opposite the cottage (washing machine, dryer, clothes horse).

Up to 2 pets maximum are accepted free of charge.

All-inclusive formula: bed linen with beds made on arrival, household and bathroom linen provided, heating, electricity and wood included (subject to reasonable consumption), end-of-stay cleaning included. No need to load yourself with the basic products, they are at your disposal.

Bicycles are provided free of charge during your stay.
