1 large living room with 1 sofa bed 1 sleeping overlooking terrace of 3,7m2 - beautiful sea view -
1 fitted kitchen, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob 3 fires -
1 renovated bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
On the floor:
1 large mezzanine with a double bed for 2 people + 1 bed 1 person.
Private parking. Electric heating. Washing machine. Microwave. TV. Duvets for beds. Common room for bicycles.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, supplement animal (1 small dog less than 7kg), deposit by bank card and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, [hidden] Good condition (maintenance and painting).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).

"Excellent séjour, nous reviendrons très surement. Très bel emplacement face à la mer,paysage changeant avec les marées. Proximité de la rade de Perros-Guirec et de la criée. Appartement calme et bien équipé,stationnement dans la résidence très appréciable. Les marées au mois d&#39,octobre super pour la pêche à pied et la découverte de la côte (une merveille)."
