Gîte completely renovated in the 1st lodges on the lake of the Liez. With its shaded private area, on the port of Liez, the descent ramp for boat at 10 meters, the playground equipped for children at 20 meters, the rental of pedal boats at 10 meters, a restaurant and a point of takeaway sale 15 meters away, this accommodation is undoubtedly the closest to the lake.
Kitchen open to living room and lounge. 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds. A bathroom, walk-in shower. Washing machine dryer. Dishwasher. 1 separate WC. 1 walk-in closet. Terrace with lake view. Charges: 8 KWH electricity offered per day, beyond supplement to be paid to the owner in addition, on site.
Beds made on arrival, towels provided. Animals allowed with supplement of 15 € per animal per stay. Beyond 4 people, possibility of 2 additional beds in the sofa bed in the living room: 25 € per additional person to be paid when completing the contract (by checking the additional people option). Be careful if this is not checked when the contract is made, you will have to pay it on your arrival.
