In the countryside, on the edge of a small road in a hamlet of 10 houses with agricultural farms in the surrounding area. An independent house, with private parking (4 cars). Garden and unfenced courtyard on the owners' farm 100 m away with chickens that children can discover with pleasure. On the ground floor, you will enjoy a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator, 4 gas burners then a living/dining room with TV, a sofa, internet. Through the kitchen, you will have access to the upper floor and the corridor which serves the 3 bedrooms with 1 bed of 140x190 in each, the bathroom and separate toilets. Laundry room with washing machine via an outside access. Baby equipment: cot and high chair. Reinforced socket on site for electric car. Possibility of storing bicycles in a barn which locks.
