Single-storey gîte on the ground floor of a town house (year-round apartment on the 1st floor).
Parroy is a relay port for river tourism along the Marne-Rhine Canal.
The banks of the Sanon, the numerous bodies of water in Lunévillois including the Bures pond will offer relaxation and the pleasure of fishing and water activities.
Hiking in the Parroy forest.
Nancy at 35 km. Independent entrance. Access by 4 steps.
In the heart of the village close to the community hall and the church.
Relaxation hall, living room with equipped kitchen area, TV.
3 bedrooms (2 double beds + 2 single beds), bathroom, separate WC.
Electric heating (Charges not included). Cleaning package requires €60 for professional stays, as well as sheets at €15 per pair.
Enclosed green space with low wall at the front with outdoor lounge.
A parking space next to the gîte (car and camper van) and near the gîte, possibility of parking other cars in the church car park.
