Ideal for a stay of a weekend or more with family or friends. This apartment includes an entrance with storage, a living room with television area (with free low-speed WIFI) and 140 cm convertible sofa offering two beds. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a dining table for 4 people. A bathroom, a separate toilet for more comfort, a large bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a loggia with garden furniture to enjoy your meals and enjoy the sunny days. Parking is private in the residence. You park and you can, if you wish, walk to the lake to relax, paddle, have fun at aqua leisure or admire the sunset, you can also take the bike and go to the city center to do your market or have a coffee on the terrace. A sunny vacation is waiting for you!
