A stone's throw from Lake Parentis-en-Born, we offer you a very pretty 57m² house in a holiday residence with a collective swimming pool open during the summer period (The outdoor swimming pool is open from 06/10 to 09/15 and the indoor swimming pool is open from 01/04 to 30/10). You are also 3km from the town center of Parentis-en-Born with its restaurants and market and 17km from Biscarrosse Plage for surfing lessons. Ideal for a stay of a weekend or more with family or friends. You have immediate access to our cycle paths to discover our beautiful region! This house includes a living room with TV area, WIFI and sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator... A bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet for more comfort. Three bedrooms, the first of which has a double bed, the second has a 180 cm bed (90x2) and the third has a 90 cm bunk bed. On the exterior side, a beautiful terrace with its furniture to enjoy your meals and enjoy the sunny days. You are next to the residence swimming pool. The residence also has a leisure center including: a swimming pool, paddling pool, fitness, playground and ball games. Parking with free space. You park and you can, if you wish, walk to the lake to relax, paddle, have fun at aqua leisure or admire the sunset, you can also take the bike and go to the city center to do your market or have a coffee on the terrace.
