You are a few minutes walk from the lake for your water activities: paddle, boat, water sports... but also 19 km from the ocean to try your hand at surfing, perfect for a weekend, a week or more with family and/or or between friends. The house has a heated swimming pool, a small pool house, garden furniture and a pétanque court. A living room / living room (no WIFI) a convertible sofa for additional sleeping as well as a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.). A pantry with washing machine.
