Near the swimming pool (12 x 6 m), secured by a roller shutter, you will find a pleasant pool house and garden furniture, perfect for sunny meals. On the way to the house, you will pass the main terrace equipped with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying mild summer evenings.

Inside, this 220 m² farmhouse, spread over two levels, offers on the ground floor a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Upstairs, two other bedrooms share a bathroom. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, ensuring optimal comfort.

Sheets included, cleaning €200 - A lump sum may be retained from the security deposit if the bins have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures at entry and if linen is missing.
