Description of the accommodation

Spacious, detached house of 180 m², located in a quiet, typical village in the countryside, 16 km from Ancenis.
1200 m² enclosed garden and access to the walled area opposite the cottage, with a private unheated swimming pool (accessible May to September - 8x5m). Available: table tennis, volleyball, and an electric bike with a children's cart (€100 deposit).
Ground floor: living room (fireplace) with a 80x160 cm bed, dining room (pellet stove), separate kitchen, bathroom/toilet.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (8 twin 90x200 cm beds or 4 king-size 180x200 cm beds), sleeping area on the landing (140x190 cm sofa bed), bathroom, and separate toilet.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, radio/CD player, freezer, and complete baby equipment.
Included: Sheets (beds made upon arrival) and firewood.
Not included: Electric heating and towels.
Mandatory cleaning fee for business guests (€90).
Nearby: working windmill, hiking trails, and greenway.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- Towels: €5.39 per person per stay
- End-of-stay cleaning: €107.76 per stay

Le logement est vraiment bien décoré, dans un environnement très agréable. la propriétaire vit a côté de la maison ce qui la rend très disponible et a l'écoute.
