Beautiful F2 type apartment with a superb terrace of approximately 25 m², view of ponds and hinterland, on the first floor of a recent luxury residence with collective swimming pool (open July and August) and elevator, 150 m from the beach.
Comfortable and equipped for 4 people. Very bright and in perfect condition. New, harmonious and quality furniture, 160 cm sofa bed in the living room and 160 cm bed in the bedroom with storage, bathroom, separate toilet, reserved parking. (view the photo)
Rental of towels and sheets on request, payment on site, cleaning as an optional extra.

Palavas-les-Flots is a charming seaside resort located in the Occitanie region, in the south of France. Nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and the ponds, it is famous for its long fine sandy beaches, its marina, its lively seaside promenade, its funfair, its arenas and all the activities that are offered in the village.
The good: ideally located in a residence with a collective swimming pool. The residence is a few minutes walk from the port and the beach.

" L&#39,appartement est spacieux , bien équipé et pratique. Il y a une grande terrasse (malheureusement le soleil n&#39,y fait son apparition qu&#39,à18h) très bien meublée et agréable. L&#39,endroit est calme, sécurisé avec un beau parking. Pas loin de commerce essentiel et de la plage. Malheureusement, la piscine n&#39,était pas remplie :-) mais je pense que c&#39,esrt un grand plus en été. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Les sanitaire sont spacieux et en bon état de fonctionnement. Dans l&#39,ensemble nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un grand merci et un petit clin d&#39,oeil à l&#39,agence qui nous a permis de récupérer les clé plus tard que prévu."
