Description of the accommodation

HUTG (072759). Welcome to this cozy town house, located just in the center of Palamós and only 200m from the beach. On the first floor we find a little toilet, a fully equipped american kitchen and a living-dining room with exit to a little balcony. Going up the stairs, we find on the right hand side the first double room, followed by a complete bathroom with shower and a last bedroom with laundry function but with the option to use the individual bed, thus creating an additional room. Already on the last floor, we find another individual bed and a sofa with a little desk that has a direct access to a big terrace to enjoy meals with family or friends. The beautiful red marble of the floor together with the meticulous work and care of the custom designed wood, will make this accommodation feel you like home. Finally, it disposes of a close garage for a little car and bicycles, heating and wifi.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Rental of a Cot : 25 € per stay
- Additional Cleaning of the Accommodation : 125 € per stay
