Description of the accommodation

HUTG (017947). Modern apartment located on the second floor of a completely renovated building. It consists of two bedrooms: the main one with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. We can find a very comfortable living-dining room which has all sorts of last-generation equipment as well as access to an ideal terrace to enjoy a romantic or family lunch/dinner. On the other hand we find a fully equipped american kitchen and, finally, a full bathroom with shower. The accommodation has air conditioning and heating through duct, a lift truck and wifi. Parking is included in the price and, depending on availability, parking spot will be offered in the same building or in a very close building. It is located 100m from the beach and a few meters from the center.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Rental of a Cot : 25 € per stay
- Additional Cleaning of the Accommodation : 70 € per stay
- Pet Supplement : 25 € per stay
- Transport from the Airport : 150 € per stay

positive comment: Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung ganz in der Nähe des Hauptstrandes von Palamós. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und mit hochwertigen Möbeln, Geräten und Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse hat viel Sonne (und Markise). Es liegt in der Fußgängerzone und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Markt entfernt. Auch wenn es regnet, kann man in der Wohnung sehr gut entspannen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Und es kommt jede Menge Wasser aus dem Regen! Also wirklich eine tolle Wohnung, die wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen können. Agentur mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern, die sich wirklich um alles kümmern und schnell reagieren... Die gute Lage sorgt dafür, dass man auch Verkehrslärm hört. Die Fenster sind sehr dick, bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig. Sehr professionelle Agentur und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Wohnung gemietet und wurden hervorragend betreut. Die Mitarbeiter sind jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Integral Finques buchen. negative comment:
