On the ground floor, you will have a living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area opening onto a covered terrace with a breathtaking view of the fields and the forest where you can see a few deer. You will also find a double bedroom (160x200 bed), a bathroom (double sink, walk-in shower) and a separate toilet. On the mezzanine (accessible from a miller's ladder), you will access a sleeping area made up of 2 single beds (90x200) and a desk. In the basement, you will have access to a laundry room allowing you to store equipment (2 bicycles are available free of charge). Outside, the terrace is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. The exteriors entirely open to nature (not enclosed) guarantee you a total change of scenery. The beds will be made upon your arrival, heating, electricity, bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning will be included in the price of the stay. In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 1h30 from Paris, 50 km from Chablis and Auxerre, 35 km from Troyes, come and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature, in a green setting to enjoy the calm and peaceful environment. At the foot of the cottage, you will find walking trails and GR trails 200 meters away.
