Our cottage located in Ouzouer-sur-Loire, offers a privileged location between the Loire and the Orléans forest.

The Forest House, located at the crossroads of the Resistance, a historic landmark from the Second World War. Visits and educational meetings are organized there. The Ravoir pond is a unique site which shelters on its banks the osprey nature reserve with its nests and its observatory. Ouzouer-sur-Loire offers walkers numerous hiking, horse riding and cycling trails as well as a fitness trail.

The cottage is only 200 m from a supermarket, 500 m from the Cosson pond, 3 km from Dampierre-en-Burly (castle), 7 km from an aquatic area (with aqua-play beach, Splash pad and Pentaglis...), 10 km from Sully-sur-Loire and its castle, 15 km from Gien and its castle... House of 116 m² comprising on the ground floor: a living room with adjoining, dining room with a pellet stove, open fitted kitchen, separate toilet, laundry room, closed garage. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms each with 1 180x200 cm bed, a bathroom, a shower room with toilet.

Pleasant 800m² garden with relaxation lounge and 6-seater freestanding jacuzzi (outdoors in the garden from April to September and indoors in the laundry room from October to March).

Price including: heating (15 Kwh included per day: the excess will be paid on site to the hosts), sheets provided and beds made on arrival, bathroom linen included. In addition, optional: End of stay cleaning at €60. Gîte not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
