Welcome to Orx, a small village on the Landes coast, close to the ocean, and at the gateway to the Basque Country and Spain. A visit to the nature reserve is a must. You will discover a preserved, calm environment and will be able to observe the rich and varied local fauna and flora. Here you will also appreciate the serenity of the place as well as the proximity of the beaches, the dune, the golf courses, the cycle paths and the forest. A top address for a stay with family or friends, to plan all year round... L'Etable is a gîte set up in an old traditional house from 1763 (divided into 4 dwellings) which has preserved historical elements of the building associated with the modern comfort necessary for your stay. This vacation rental is adjoining 3 dwellings all year round and has independent access and a private enclosed garden promoting your privacy with garden furniture and barbecue. It is composed on the ground floor, of a living room with dining room, lounge (4K TV, WIFI), open equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, extractor hood, dishwasher), a bedroom (1 bed 160x200) of a bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with Italian shower and toilet, a storeroom (washing machine). The first floor consists of 2 other attic bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90) with direct access to the balcony, and a second bathroom with shower and toilet. Complete baby equipment is available: travel cot, bathtub, booster seat for the toilet, high chair, changing mat, safety gate for the stairs.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
