Description of the accommodation

In a village in Berry, with shops and ponds, a few minutes from Lake Eguzon, semi-detached house with large reception room and dormitory upstairs with a courtyard with a pétanque court, a terrace and a small grassy area and independent house.

The pluses: sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and heating included in the price. Accommodation Gîte Madeleine:
On the ground floor: Large living room serving as a reception room with bar, lounge area, dance floor area, laundry room, toilet, bathroom, fitted and equipped kitchen

Upstairs: a large plateau with 6 alcoves each containing 1 140 cm bed and 2 benches

Independent house Gîte des Ecoles:
On the ground floor: living room with dining area, sofa bed (possible sleeping), dining area and equipped kitchen (no oven but microwave / grill) - shower room / toilet.

Upstairs: open attic bedroom (no door from the stairs) with 2 double beds, office area and access to a small balcony).

Outside: a terrace, a pétanque court and a landscaped courtyard

Terrace with direct access to the living room and access to the cottage via the courtyard with 3 steps and another to arrive in front of the cottage. Parking (on the street) in front of the cottage or on the village square.
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and bins), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the heating of the cottage is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts).

Très agréable logement, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour dans un village très sympathique.Très bon accueil et hôte disponible si besoin.Je recommande.

Un super gîte avec un bon rapport qualité prix et une super localisation pour les ballades et sortie en famille. Très bien équipé, propre, accueillant et fonctionnel. Un bel espace de vie pour les activités et les repas. Très bien !!
