Description of the accommodation

In South Berry, a stone's throw from the Creuse and Limousin, independent and isolated farmhouse with large garden (private and enclosed) of 4500m² and an indoor and heated swimming pool accessible all year round (8x4 meters and 1.30 m maximum depth).

The pluses: bed linen and towels, heating and cleaning included in the price. On the ground floor: entrance with cloakroom - large living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge (pellet stove) - games room (table football and card game table) with access to the swimming pool - bedroom (160 cm bed and 1 single bed) with bathroom (2 sinks and a shower) and private separate toilet - laundry room with plenty of storage and separate toilet.

Upstairs: landing with relaxation area - dormitory room with 2 single beds and 2 other single beds on the mezzanine - bedroom with 160 cm bed and 1 single bed - bedroom with 160 cm bed and another 160 cm bed on the mezzanine - separate toilet - 2 shower rooms (2 sinks and shower).

Large terrace and parking on the property.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated by electricity you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts).

Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour tout rassemblement familial ou amical.Nous y avons passé un parfait week-end entre amis. La propreté, les équipements modernes, les espaces de vie, la literie, les salles de bain, la piscine, le calme environnant, le jardin sont plus qu'à la hauteur de nos attentes.La maison est encore plus belle en vraie que sur les photos pourtant déjà accueillantes.Les propriétaires sont également adorables et soucieux de vous proposer un beau séjour.5 étoiles amplement méritées. Un grand merci de nous avoir permis de vivre un magnifique week-end.Rapport qualité/prix excellent également.

Excellent gite et accueil, nous avons passé un très bon week-end en famille ! Nous recommandons vivement ! Bravo pour la rénovation de cette belle maison où rien ne manque, la piscine étant un vrai atout qui laissera sans aucun doute de très bons souvenirs !
