On a closed property of more than 700 m², you have a private heated swimming pool (8x4m) open from April 27 to September 21, 2024 with its wooden beach, an enclosed garden with garden table and barbecue, a wellness area on the ground floor of the house accessible from the outside with Finnish sauna for 6 people, shower, elliptical bike and herbal tea room.
To discover nearby: Saint-Etienne Cantalès lake with swimming and water activities, hiking on site and nearby, Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, sites of Padirac, Rocamadour and Conques, karting in Pers.
Gîte with upstairs entrance.
