In a quiet environment and only a few minutes walk from the first magnificent beaches, this house with an area of 165m2 located in Abbartello in the town of Olmeto brings together all the comfort equipment for your vacation with family or friends.

With a capacity of 10 people it is composed as follows:

on the main floor: An equipped kitchen, a living room with access to the semi-covered terrace equipped for your meals.
A large bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC,
Two double bedrooms (160x200 bed) including one with adjoining shower room and WC,
A third bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200.
on the ground floor (independent): a kitchen living room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140*190) and one with two single beds (90*200)

Upstairs only the bedrooms are air-conditioned, only the main room on the ground floor. An internet connection is available.

The terrace, the semi-covered part of which, surrounds part of the house and is also equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue... Nearby you will have access to the private swimming pool secured by a gate, offering a breathtaking view of the Gulf.

Linens are provided, however, cleaning is not included. If you do not wish to do this before your departure we offer this option at a cost of €150 to be paid on site.

Depending on the booking platform, you will have to pay the tourist tax on your arrival (contact us for more details).
