Ideally located 15 minutes from the center of Orléans, and 9 minutes from the Parc Floral, the exhibition center and the zenith;
on the road to the Loire castles (Chambord 45 mins away, La Ferté Saint-Aubin 18 mins away);
on the edge of Sologne, near the Balnéades and the Ardon golf course (7 min),
but also close to the Archette clinic (3 min), the CHR (8 min), and the Orléans-la Source Technology Park. Ground floor: entrance, wc/shower room, bedroom (1 double bed), living room, kitchen opening onto the dining room and the terrace.
Floor: bedroom (1 bed 140) and bathroom.
