La loge du Huchier is an independent gîte with an enclosed courtyard, located about two hours south of Paris, housed in one of the buildings of a farm built in the 19th century, it faces the Renaissance castle of the small village of Nuits.

Nuits-sur-Armançon, a village of less than 400 souls, has a bakery, a post office and an SNCF train station, close to Ravières and Ancy-le-Franc, towns with all shops and services. Privileged by its location a stone's throw from Champagne, ideally placed on the banks of the Armançon river for fishing, located at the center of a route of nearly 100km of the cycle route developed along the Burgundy Canal. This section of cycle route extremely rich in tourist sites is doubled by the departmental road 905 and the SNCF Paris-Lyon line. Served by 4 stations and a dozen TER (trains + bike) running every day in both directions, they allow you to leave by bike or by train to make the visits and hikes that you have chosen and return without the worry of having to presume your strength or your battery. Not far from Nuits, it is possible to play golf (23km), visit some vineyards and taste the red and rosé wines of Burgundy or the famous white wine of Chablis. THE GITE: An ideal stopover for tourists and hikers. On the ground floor: The living room, with a view of the castle, has a fireplace, 2 toad armchairs and 2 benches (real 80 cm beds). Fitted kitchen with dining table. Upstairs: Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and dressing room. The bedroom with air conditioning is fitted with 2 twin 90 cm beds and a spare chair bed. Baby equipment on request. Access to wifi internet. A relaxation area, winter garden: set up in a former workshop adjoining the accommodation, you have a ping-pong table, garden furniture with heated parasol and electric barbecue. Closed garage and access to the garden with arbour, garden table and armchairs, sun loungers/deckchairs and charcoal barbecue.

Rental of sheets: €8 per person / - towels per person: €6 / End of stay cleaning: €40
Electricity and heating: included in a package of 8 kW/day, beyond the package.
Wood heating: 1/8th of a cubic meter free and €5.5 for the additional 1/8th.
1 pet maximum.
Possible excess capacity 2 people with supplement €10/day (2 trundle beds of 90).
Accommodation not suitable for professional customers.
