This 75m² holiday rental is located in a chalet on the second floor without a lift and has a shared entrance hall with laundry room.
At the top of the stairs is a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge/bedroom with three armchairs and two single beds that can be placed side-by-side, and a bedroom with three single beds. Both bedrooms open onto a small South-facing balcony, directly opposite the Mont-Rond chairlift. There is also a separate shower room and WC.

The apartment is in a typical mountain chalet with quick access to the snow front. There is a private outdoor parking space.

The entrance, laundry room and ski room are shared with the other apartment in the chalet.
