This 49m² holiday apartment is located on the first floor with lift and has a sleeping cabin with 2 bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds (NB: The top bunk is not suitable for under 6s), a bathroom, a shower room, separate WC, an open-plan kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed and access to the large corner balcony overlooking the mountains.

This apartment is ideally located for your ski days: at the foot of the Teret, Quarts and Reguet slopes, 50 metres from ESF ski school, 50 metres from the ski lift ticket offices and 100 metres from the centre and shops.
In summer, a private tennis court and outdoor swimming pool are available to guests.

There is a large car park with a free space at the bottom of the residence. This rental also comes with a ski locker.
