South of the town of Nort sur Erdre, 20 km from Nantes and 200 m from the Nantes-Brest Canal, old 19th century barn facing south, renovated into 2 adjoining gîtes (total: 14 people). Private terrace and large shared outdoor space of 3,500 m² with portico.
The Tobacco Barn: Ground floor: lounge/living room (wood stove) with open fitted kitchen, and shower room/wc.
Floor: 2 bedrooms (1: 3 90x190 beds, 2: 1 140x190 bed).
Additional equipment: stereo, DVD player, wifi, freezer, baby bed/chair.
Included: aerothermal heating, electricity, wood, sheets and cleaning service.
