In a hilly and green countryside, the cottage "le village", on one level, is an ideal place to stay for a moment with friends or family. The house, completely independent, is opposite the owners' house.

The cottage is composed as follows: large entrance with storage, living room with open kitchen and separate toilet.
The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility and equipped with 2 single beds. The second has 2 90x200cm beds and the last has a 160x200cm bed. Two bathrooms with toilet.
The living room offers direct access to the enclosed garden. Library.
Swimming pool secured by a barrier, unheated available, shared with the owners, open from June to the end of September. Closed and secure parking.

Electricity, sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included EXCEPT For business stays, electric heating and electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included).

The cottage is ideally located at an equal distance from Lyon and Paris, accessible by the A6 motorway (Pouilly en Auxois or Bierre les Semur exit).
TGV station: Montbard 35 km and Dijon 55 km. Shops at 6 km.
