This old Berry house dating from 1864, completely renovated by us, provides you with the ideal place to spend a friendly time with friends or family in an authentic, quiet place in our countryside...
In the heart of the Black Valley, so dear to George Sand, you will spend excellent moments between the different visits to our heritage:
frescoes of Vic, house of George Sand and the Ste Anne chapel, the Angibault mill, the castle of Sarzay, the basilica of Neuvy Saint Sépulchre, the archaeological site of Argenton sur Creuse, the town of La Châtre, as well as the local festivals and exhibitions not to be missed throughout the year!!! In our accommodation for 6 people, you will find:
On the ground floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility): beautiful living room (41m2 with exposed beams and stones and original bread oven), equipped kitchen, bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom ( walk-in shower)/wc and laundry room.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, bathroom and separate toilet.

Electric heating (consumption billing).
Free wifi connection.
Parking on the property and private land.
At the back of the cottage, furnished and flowered relaxation area with garden furniture and barbecue.
