In Berry, 5 minutes from the Domaine de George Sand and 10 minutes from La Châtre, stone house with garden (300 m²) and private parking in a hamlet overlooking the bocage.

Nearby: Château de Sarzay, La Châtre racing circuit, Golf des Dryades, Donkey and Horse center in Lignières... This old Berry house dating from 1864, completely renovated by us, provides you with the ideal place to spend a convivial moment with friends or family in an authentic place in the peace and quiet of our countryside...

In the heart of the Black Valley, so dear to George Sand, you will spend excellent moments between the different visits of our heritage:
frescoes in Vic, the house of George Sand and the Sainte-Anne chapel, the Angibault mill, the Sarzay castle, the basilica of Neuvy-Saint-Sépulchre, the archaeological site of Argenton-sur-Creuse, the town of Châtre, as well as local festivals and exhibitions not to be missed throughout the year!!!

In our accommodation for 11 people, you will find:
On the ground floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility): beautiful living room (41m² with exposed beams and stones and original bread oven), fitted kitchen, bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, bathroom (walk-in shower)/wc and laundry room.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and 1 with 1 double bed, shower room and separate toilet.

Electric heating (payment by consumption). Free wifi connection.
Parking on the property and private land.
At the back of the gîte, relaxation area furnished and flowered with garden furniture and barbecue.

Available on the ground, the youngest can have fun with the swing...
During your stay, save time to take our hiking or cycling trails!!!....
