Description of the accommodation

Magnificent, independent family cottage with very large rooms and a private garden. You'll enjoy natural, ecological swimming in an exceptional setting in the heart of the countryside!
Children can go fishing in the second 1000m² landscaped lake (roach, carp)[hidden] careful: they're biting!
The cottage is located very close to the small town of Craon. It offers all services and shops. You won't want to miss its historic center. Even more grandiose is the Robert Tatin open-air museum, a guaranteed change of scenery!
Ground floor: Laundry room, 48m² kitchen/living room (fireplace), separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), 1 bedroom with 2 double beds (140x190) on the mezzanine, and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x190) and 1 single bed (80x190), shower room, bathroom, toilet.
For your outings: the Rincerie leisure center is 8 km away: swimming, wake park (water ski lift). In Craon: aquatic complex with spa.
With a fishing license, you can visit the Usure River (300m) or the Rincerie leisure center.
The natural swimming pool (240 m²) is open from mid-April to mid-October (weather dependent). It is unheated, 1.5m to 1.70m deep, 15m wide, and 15m long. The swimming area is shared with a second gîte and the owner's guests. The gîte has a completely separate entrance and terrace.
2 additional guests are welcome upon request (total of 9 places).
Teleworking: desk and Wi-Fi accessible throughout the accommodation.
To avoid traffic jams, the owners offer check-in on Fridays.
Baby equipment available upon request: booster seat, travel cot, bath ring, changing mat. Included: Linens, sheets, and towels
Option: Firewood: €60/stere (payable to the owner)
Supplement: Geothermal heating: €15/day (payable to the owner if the option is not selected, during heated periods) - Pets: €15/night per pet.
Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the sofas. Bring your own blankets. Pets are welcome.
