Swimming pool shared with a 2nd cottage and the owner's guests, usable from mid-April to mid-October, unheated, depth 1.50m to 1.70m (width: 15m and length: 15m).
Independent gite, adjoining another gite (not overlooked), on one level, garden furniture, terrace, enclosed grounds, barbecue, ping-pong table available, parking.
Possibility of fishing and hiking on site. Main room of 50m², fitted kitchen, 2 parental suites: 1 bedroom (1 180x200 bed), 1 bedroom (2 90x200 beds) with private shower room/wc, 1 small mezzanine (80x190 trundle bed). Mobile phone on request. Air conditioning in summer on meter reading. Spa for 6 people common to the 2 lodgings. Rental Friday to Friday. Leisure base with swimming and wake park (water ski lift) at La Rincerie 8km.
COTTAGE equipped with fiber. 4G access all networks.
To warm up the atmosphere in the off-season, the wood stove has its place!
Family fishing on site 1000m², with a fishing license for the river l'Usure (300m) or the Rincerie leisure centre.
Beautiful playground for children (zipline, swing...) at 300m.
In the village of Niafles, bar-grocery store 850m. All shops in Craon (7km), as well as a very beautiful aquatic complex with spa. Sheets and towels included
Aerothermal heating on meter reading (to be paid to the owner), provision of 15€/night if the option is not added to the contract, pay directly to the owner.
Wood: €60/stere (to be paid to the owner).
Baby equipment on request: booster seat, travel cot, bath ring, changing mat.
Animals not accepted.
