The spacious bedroom, accessible by a step, has a comfortable bed (160x200cm), and a bed measuring 90 x 190cm.
The living room, equipped with a wall-mounted projection TV/home theater system, offers access to the bathroom (via a step - walk-in shower) and toilet in the same room.
The 10x5.5m (1.1m to 1.3m deep) unheated swimming pool, shared with the owners, is open from May 1st to September 30th, with opening hours to be determined. You'll enjoy a panoramic view of the town of Moulins and its surroundings. A private terrace in front of the cottage is perfect for dining, grilling (charcoal barbecue), or simply relaxing.

An additional 2 people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room (140x190cm) for €20 per night per person. A €60 supplement will be charged if sheets are provided.
A secure, secure parking area is available. A bicycle garage is also available. Hiking trails depart from the cottage. In the village, 600m away, you'll find a bakery, and all shops are located in Moulins, 4km away.
