In a green setting of the pine forest, this ground floor apartment will seduce you.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge freezer... A living room with television lounge area and wifi!
A shower room with toilet and a bathroom with toilet are available on the ground floor.
Night side: a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with two single beds and a double bed.
Outside you will find a pleasant terrace which overlooks the pine forest as well as access leading to the swimming pool. (open from June to September)
The accommodation has air conditioning and two parking spaces.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon collection of the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or checks).
