Nestled in a small mountain hamlet in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, this independent house of character from 1824, completely renovated in 2022, welcomes you in a preserved environment conducive to rest. It combines the charm of yesteryear with its beams, exposed stones and fireplace with careful and personalized decoration. You will have a private swimming pool of 7x3.5m, treated with chlorine and secured by a shelter, open from May 4 to September 28, 2024.
Nearby, you can enjoy outdoor activities: hiking on the Cantal mountains (Puy Mary and Puy Violent), fishing (Mars river and Trizac lake), cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. (Falgoux cross-country ski center and Col de Légal ski resort). You can also discover the regional buildings by visiting the chapel of Jalhac and the villages of Salers and Tournemire, classified as the Most Beautiful Villages of France.
This gîte has 800m² of land with swimming pool, garden furniture, deck chairs, private parking and open covered shelter for motorbikes and bicycles. On the ground floor, it has a large living room with a warm atmosphere with fireplace (free wood stove), Orange TV, internet access, home cinema and telephone, fully equipped kitchen area, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, separate toilet. Upstairs, you can relax in the relaxation area equipped with a sofa, a TV and a library.
