You will have a private swimming pool of 7X3.5m, treated with chlorine and secured by a shelter, open from May 3 to September 27, 2025. Nearby, you can enjoy outdoor activities: hiking in the Cantal mountains (Puy Mary and Puy Violent), fishing (Mars river and Trizac lake), cross-country skiing and snowshoeing (Falgoux cross-country ski center and Col de Légal ski resort). You can also discover the regional buildings by visiting the chapel of Jalhac and the villages of Salers and Tournemire, classified as the Most Beautiful Villages of France.
This cottage has a plot of 800m² with swimming pool, garden furniture, deckchairs, private parking and covered shelter not enclosed for motorcycles and bicycles. On the ground floor, it has a large living room with a warm atmosphere with fireplace (free wood stove), Orange TV, internet access, home cinema and telephone, fully equipped kitchen area, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, separate toilet. Upstairs, you can relax in the relaxation area equipped with a bench, a TV and a library.
