Comprising two beautiful, tastefully decorated bedrooms, a relaxation area with a TV corner, and a dining room adjoining the kitchen, this house also features a beautiful furnished terrace opening onto a beautiful enclosed garden with a heated swimming pool! This 75 m² cottage features enclosed grounds, a private parking space, a private terrace, a heat pump, air conditioning, and a private internet connection.

Ground floor: Dining room/fully equipped kitchen, shower room/toilet, and one bedroom with a queen-size bed.

Upstairs: Living room/relaxation area/office, shower room/toilet, and one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a dressing room.

Outside: Private terrace with dining table, garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue.

Heated 12m x 6m swimming pool (1.45m deep) for guests, available from early April to late September (subject to change depending on weather conditions).
