Between the Creuse valley and George Sand's house, you will relax by the pool and set off to discover the sites of Berry.
The pluses: space designed to play football, volleyball, badminton and pétanque - 5 x 10 meter swimming pool (June to September) shared with the owners and a caravan. On the ground floor of the cottage: kitchen/dining room/living room - separate toilet - storage room - 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with shower.
Upstairs: bathroom - separate toilet - 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 3 single beds and baby bed).
Gas and electric heating EJP (billed according to consumption) and paid wood (45€ per cubic meter).
Parking and private grounds.
The swimming pool is open from June 15 to September 30.
