Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of this authentic chalet, whose foundations date back to 1738, with two quick accesses to the ski slopes leading to Avoriaz, so you can avoid the crowds on busy days.
Access to Avoriaz is via the TS de Zore (parking available at Super Morzine, less than 10' by car) or via the Seraussaix car park on the Avoriaz road (12' min by car), both of which lead to the Seraussaix green run arriving at the foot of the TS de Proclou.

Facing due south, you'll be amazed by the breathtaking views from Chalet Nelson, with panoramic views of the Pointe de Nyon, Le Pleney and Morzine.
Situated in a quiet hamlet planted with trees, you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the many animals (chamois, roe deer, hinds and foxes) that regularly come at sunrise and sunset to graze or hunt in the 2-hectare clearing in front of the chalet.
Access to the chalet is via a private road, which is cleared of snow up to twice a day, depending on the terms of the snow-clearing contract.
Divided into two flats, this chalet is ideal for families, allowing children to sleep in the upstairs flat and parents to enjoy the downstairs flat.
