Let yourself be seduced by this charming region with its hilly landscape and more particularly by Morganx, a small village 7 km from Hagetmau and 35 km from Mont de Marsan. We look forward to welcoming you in all simplicity to the Topino gite, independent fitted out on the ground floor and completely renovated, with a private terrace, a shared gravelled courtyard and the shared swimming pool service, service only offered from July 3 to August 28. - A pleasant and bright living room is offered to you, with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, combined refrigerator freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood. - A living room area for meals, and a lounge area with television and wifi. - The sleeping area is composed of 2 bedrooms (1 bed in 140, 2 beds in 90)
- the sanitary facilities offer a bathroom with Italian shower, - the toilets are independent. - You have a washing machine in a storeroom in annex, access by terrace. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are included, as well as baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, bathtub). Heating package from October 1st to April 30th. You also have a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue as well as a gravel parking lot and 5000 m of surrounding land shared with owners. The swimming pool offers a dimension of 8x4 m, depth of 1.20m to 1.50 m secured by a wall and gate, on the owner's terrace. The use of the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the cottage.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
