Welcome to Morcenx, a village in the Landes forest near the natural park and white sand beaches. You will find all the amenities with its shops, sports activities (tennis, fishing, etc.) and the Arjuzanx lake for swimming and sailing.
This cottage in a group of 4 cottages will allow you to enjoy all these advantages and village life for a very reasonable price. Single storey cottage, living room with kitchenette, shower room, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed), separate toilet, shared washing machines, microwave, television, wifi internet. Shared unfenced land with private area of 500 m², terrace, balcony, courtyard, covered shelter. Garden furniture, shared barbecue, Cottage located in the village, next to the church. Common land and entrance for all cottages. Parking on property. Heating 3€ /day from October to the end of April.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
