Embark on a new journey to the heart of the Arjuzanx site offering easy access to the beach with supervised swimming in the lake, hiking, horse riding, mountain biking and water sports, all in a forest environment. Gîte located upstairs, adjoining 2 other gîtes, with kitchen open to living room, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), shower room, entrance, separate toilet. Washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV, telephone, microwave. Wifi. Combined freezer-fridge. Access by outside staircase, view of the lake. Wooden garden furniture. On 400 hectares with free access in the heart of a natural area. Major site for the wintering of cranes, preferential rate on activities, guided tours.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
