Welcome to VILLA CHRIS, a large villa for up to 8 people situated in a quiet and exclusive urbanisation in Moraira, a coastal town in the province of Alicante. The ground floor flat has a living room, an open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, both with double beds, one of them with en-suite shower and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a covered terrace, a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, equipped with all the necessary for cooking, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and another one with bathtub. The house has air conditioning in the upper flat: in the living-dining room and one of the bedrooms. It is located on a fenced plot and is only a few minutes drive from the main beaches and supermarkets. Moraira has become a popular tourist destination on the Costa Blanca due to its crystal clear beaches and picturesque old town, which retains its traditional fishing village character.
