Charming rustic villa with private pool and air conditioning in Moraira

Beautiful Mediterranean-style villa, located in one of the best areas of Moraira, 800 meters from the magnificent El Portet beach, and a kilometer and a half from the center of Moraira.
Both in the city of Moraira and in Teulada, if you come by car, there are all the important supermarkets, also the whole area is full of magnificent restaurants to enjoy our appreciated gastronomy. From Villa Carmen you can travel in a few minutes to the neighboring cities of Benissa, Calpe and Benitachell.

The house is a one floor country house with a fenced plot of land, upon entering , there is a path that descends the plot to reach the covered parking area, although there is space to leave more cars outside the covered parking.
The next thing we see is the pool (not heating option ), an outdoor shower and sunbeds, from which to contemplate the beautiful mountain views, next to the pool there is a beautiful porch with a wooden table for six to eight people capacity, two armchairs, and another smaller table with capacity for four people, and on the side there is an iron spiral staircase that leads directly to the solarium where you can enjoy the beautiful views and sunbathe.
If we continue along the road and pass the parking area, at the end, there is a built-in barbecue, with a sink, fridge, grills, folding hammocks, and a table for six people, the barbecue is covered, if we go down some stairs, there is a pine forest with a lot of shade in which to rest or eat if we don't want to be in the sun, in this area there are also ropes for hanging clothes.
Entering the house, there is a small hall with armchairs, on the left there is a corridor where the rooms are: on the right, first there is a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk with two single beds , with siphonier and a side table. Next to it, there is another room with two single beds, a siphonier and a side table and another room with a double bed, a wardrobe and large side beds, this room has air conditioning and is quite spacious. In the corridor, where there is also an air conditioning unit, there is a closet, then there is a small room with a single bed and the next door is the bathroom with sink and closet, bidet, toilet, and shower with screen.
If we go out into the entrance hall, on the right, is the other part of the house, with a room for the iron, where the washing machine, the heater, ironing board and a sink are located, next to it, there is another bathroom with sink, toilet, closet and shower. And at the end of the corridor is the living room that has a television, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a corner sofa and an armchair, it has a window that overlooks the marquee and the pool and in the dining area it has a table for eight people, the living room leads to the kitchen that has a breakfast bar, with stools. The kitchen has an oven and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, Krups coffee maker by Dolce Gusto, toaster, boiler and fridge.
All rooms windows ( except the smallest room ) face onto a corridor that surrounds the house, and in front of it, on a lower level, there is a garden area with grass and another shaded area with pine trees.
The house is on a fairly private plot as there are unbuilt plots on both sides of the house.

Villa Carmen is a beautiful villa very close to the nicest beach of Moraira, in a very quiet area and at the same time close to all services and restaurants. It is the ideal place to enjoy a vacation near the sea.
